Going Green with Playground Stylings

It’s been almost 2 years since I conceived of Playground Stylings (Green Tees with Attitude for babies, kids and their Mums). Now that I’m trying to source vendors and create my own organic tees, I thought it might be a good idea to chronicle some of the efforts and educate others.

But the most interesting part of ‘going green’ with my shirt company is that I’ve become even more conscious of sustainability and green practices and the environmental movement in the U.S. and globally — this is something I care deeply about since I live in beautiful Northern California and am a tree hugger at heart.

I’m a Mum, wife, businesswoman, entrepreneur, caretaker of the environment, wanna-be writer and all-round hard worker! I’m not very good at sitting around if I have a few minutes to spare. This will no doubt become my bedtime activity for the next little while when I’m not crashing from sheer exhaustion or catching up with long lost friends on Facebook. The latter has been a huge time suck and my husband makes fun of me whenever I’m on it but it’s been a blast reconnecting.
